We aim to despatch your order within 7 days of receipt. If, due to demand, an item is out of stock, we will contact you with a revised delivery time. Credit/Debit cards will only be charged on despatch of goods.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Should you wish to return any item, please send within 10 days of receipt (28 days for non-UK), unworn in original packing, with postage fully paid, to:

Should you require an exchange, this will be sent free of charge, or please request a refund.
SIZING
Our shoes are made in France and are marked with a Continental size. We convert these into UK sizes using the chart below:
CLEANING TIPS
Leather
Clean using a soft cloth and a neutral shoe cream. If scuffed, use a cream in the same colour as the shoe.
Silk
Silk must be treated with great care due to the nature of the fabric and the possibility of the fabric not being colour fast. On marks on silk fabric, apply a little very mild soap and remove with cool water. Allow to dry naturally. However, please be aware that colours may run.
Velvet
Choose a soft brush to remove any dirt.
Nubuk
Use a nubuk brush, which you can buy in Shoe Repair retailers.
Leopard print
Choose a soft brush to remove any dirt.
